Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Technical Project Manager with a strong AI/ML and technical delivery background to own end-to-end execution and release management across two key products. You will bridge engineering teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment, with opportunities to support Generative AI initiatives.

You will drive end-to-end technical project and release management, aligning requirements, capacity, scope, and dependencies from planning to production.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of technical project/program management experience.
• Strong release management experience with sprint/release cadence.
• Hands-on, self-starter mindset with ability to remove blockers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical project and release management across multiple products.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to plan, coordinate, and execute.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans for AI programs.
