Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an AI Cybersecurity Solutions Director to drive strategic use of AI/ML in enterprise security. You will serve as a technical evangelist and trusted advisor to CISOs and senior security leaders, translating complex AI concepts into measurable risk reductions and security outcomes.

Collaborate with account, engineering, and delivery teams to shape frameworks, roadmaps, and go-to-market messaging, while pursuing growth of Booz Allen's AI security portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of cybersecurity, enterprise technology, consulting, or technical advisory roles including engaging with senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience shaping how AI/ML is applied to security problems.
• Experience in cybersecurity concepts, architectures, and operations within large enterprises.
• Experience advising or influencing CISO-level audiences.
• Ability to lead credible technical and executive conversations.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business and risk implications.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical evangelist and strategic advisor on the application of AI/ML to enterprise cybersecurity.
• Champion the vision for AI-enabled security capabilities including threat detection, security operations automation, product and application security including identity intelligence, data protection, adversarial AI defense, and secure AI/LLM deployment.
• Engage CISOs and senior security leaders to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, measurable security and risk-reduction outcomes.
• Partner with account, engineering, and delivery teams to shape solution frameworks, guide technical roadmaps, and ensure offerings address real-world enterprise challenges.
• Drive strategic growth of the AI cybersecurity portfolio by identifying emerging market opportunities, shaping high-impact use cases, and influencing investment priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market messaging, strengthen value propositions, and guide early-stage opportunity shaping.
• Build strong relationships within the enterprise security ecosystem to understand evolving customer needs and ensure the company’s capabilities stay aligned with the future of AI-powered cybersecurity.
• Representing the organization at industry events, and executive forums.
