Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an AI Creative Technologist for Hill’s Pet Nutrition. You will lead the integration of AI into creative workflows, bridging design, storytelling, and tech.

The role sits at the crossroads of creative strategy and emerging technology, delivering agentic AI systems for copywriters, designers, and video artists. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in generative AI within a creative setting, strong prompt engineering, and hands-on tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with major generative AI platforms, APIs, and LLMs.
• 2+ years in a creative agency or fast-paced production studio as a dedicated Creative Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems and custom workflows for the creative team.
• Act as administrator and SME for all AI tools used by Strategic Creative Services.
• Lead creative prompt engineering to guide AI models for on-brand outputs.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and AI leadership to identify AI-enabled opportunities.
• Establish and manage a quality control process for AI systems and content.
