Hill’s Pet Nutrition, part of Colgate-Palmolive Company, is seeking an AI Creative Technologist to integrate AI into creative workflows. This hybrid role sits at the crossroads of strategy, design, and technology, bridging imagination with execution to empower copywriters, designers, and video artists.

You will architect and maintain agentic AI systems, lead prompt engineering, and collaborate with AI leadership to unlock new creative expressions while upholding brand integrity and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years experience with major generative AI platforms, APIs, and large language models (LLMs).
• 2+ years of experience in a creative agency or fast-paced studio as a dedicated Creative Technologist.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and intuitive interaction with AI systems for high-fidelity creative outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems and workflows for the creative team.
• Act as the primary administrator and SME for all AI tools used by the Strategic Creative Services team.
• Lead creative prompt engineering to guide AI models for on-brand outputs.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and AI leadership to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Establish and manage quality control for AI systems and content, ensuring accuracy and brand safety.
• Train and mentor creative teammates on AI tools and workflows.
• Stay current with AI advancements and prototype new ideas for business impact.
