Role: AI Creative Technologist

Position within the Strategic Creative Services team; hybrid role.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems and custom workflows for copywriters, designers, and video artists.
• Act as the primary administrator and subject‑matter expert for all AI tools used by the team.
• Provide prompt‑engineering services and guidance on interacting with AI systems to achieve desired outcomes.
• Establish and manage a robust quality‑control process for all AI‑enabled systems and content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and ethical use.
• Partner with creative and marketing leadership to identify opportunities where AI can solve business challenges and improve the creative process.
• Train and mentor creative team members on best practices for leveraging AI tools in their daily work.
• Maintain a current knowledge of generative AI, large language models, and creative technology, acting as a key advisor to the business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technology‑focused role with a proven track record of developing and implementing new systems.
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents and agentic workflow applications or working with generative AI platforms, APIs, and large language models.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages, e.g., Python, for creating custom tools and integrations.
• Demonstrated projects where AI or technology was successfully applied to solve creative or business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Direct experience working within a creative or marketing team.
• Familiarity with the creative process and the tools used by designers, writers, and video producers.
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Strong understanding of the ethical considerations and limitations of AI in a corporate environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $109,000.00 – $155,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) plan with company matching.

Additional benefits: minimum 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours), 13 paid holidays, and paid sick leave as per local laws.
