Job summary

TouchCare seeks a curious, idea-driven Creative Designer to own the brand look across channels. You will manage the full creative range—from sales collateral to campaigns—making healthcare topics visually clear and engaging while upholding brand integrity.

As in-house designer, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Product, and leadership. You’ll help evolve brand guidelines and explore AI-powered tools to scale production without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of graphic or visual design experience in-house or agency.
• Experience designing in highly regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services, legal).
• Strong portfolio across collateral, presentations, social, long-form content, and brand systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Figma and/or Canva; integrating generative AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and refresh marketing collateral: one-pagers, brochures, flyers, toolkits.
• Build polished, on-brand presentations and pitch decks with Content Marketing.
• Create social media graphics, short-form animations, and campaign assets.
• Develop long-form content: reports, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies.
• Evolve brand guidelines and maintain templates across platforms.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Marketing leadership to ensure regulatory and accessibility standards.
