Publicis Re:Sources is seeking an Associate Copilot Studio Developer in New York to design, configure, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. You’ll work with senior developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical bot behaviors.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and security while enabling enterprise automation across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and internal APIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent).
Foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

Build and configure Copilot Studio agents across the organization.
Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse and internal APIs.
Translate user needs into functional bot behaviors through requirements sessions.
Test, troubleshoot and refine agents for accuracy and reliability.
Document configurations, workflows and best practices for internal sharing.
Monitor usage analytics and ensure governance and security standards.
Manage tickets and SLAs related to Copilot deployments.
