Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Copilot Studio Architect to design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio across New York, Atlanta, and Chicago. You will shape architecture, governance, and secure data practices while leading integrations with Power Platform and Microsoft 365.

You will define agent workflows, prompts, and topics, provide technical leadership, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio solution architecture and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG/Grounded AI, and Responsible AI.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and enterprise governance experience.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Design secure knowledge-grounding strategies leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.
Define agent workflows, prompts, topics, actions, and governance standards.
Lead integrations with Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Azure services.
Establish security, compliance, responsible AI, and access-control frameworks.
Conduct architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
Create reusable architecture patterns and operational best practices.
