Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an AI Content Transformation Manager to help Life Sciences clients assess, design, and implement AI-enabled content supply chain solutions. The role blends industry expertise, AI innovation, and delivery leadership across marketing, medical, content, and technology teams to identify transformation opportunities and drive adoption.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop future-state operating models, and ensure governance, metadata, and taxonomy foundations

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, account planning, advertising or marketing.
Minimum 5 years in digital marketing agency or client-side experience managing complex relationships.
Minimum 3 years in a matrix team environment delivering campaigns including CRM, content marketing, and cross-channel programs.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver AI-led transformation initiatives across content operations and content supply chains.
Assess content operating models, workflows, governance, content architecture, metadata, taxonomy, and technology landscapes.
Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.
Define business cases, value realization frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
Design future-state operating models that balance automation, governance, and human oversight.
Establish foundational capabilities required for AI adoption, including metadata standards, taxonomy frameworks, content structures, and knowledge management practices.
