Accenture is seeking a Manager-level expert to lead end-to-end R&D strategy engagements in Life Sciences, spanning discovery to development operations, with a focus on AI-enabled transformation. You will work with heads of R&D functions to shape strategy, roadmaps, and capabilities, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to practice growth.

The role requires strong consulting experience, senior stakeholder communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise in Life Sciences R&D with experience at a top-tier strategy firm or leading biopharma.
• Proven track record leading strategy work with measurable outcomes for biopharma clients.
• Experience shaping strategic recommendations and roadmaps to C-suite, SVP, and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, digital technologies, and scientific informatics in biopharma R&D.
• Experience supporting business development and building client relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex R&D strategy workstreams and small engagements from problem framing through delivery.
• Advise clients on R&D transformation priorities including strategy, portfolio management, AI integration, and operating model.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and reinvention roadmaps to senior R&D leaders.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues; contribute to performance management and recruiting.
• Partner with Accenture teams to tailor expertise for individual R&D engagements.
