Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled Planning transformation for Life Sciences. You will advise C‑suite and operations leaders, shape large programs, and own end-to-end delivery while expanding Accenture’s planning capabilities.

You will manage cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and digital manufacturing, driving growth and value realization in a complex client landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of executive leadership delivering planning transformation programs.
• 5+ years experience across Planning technology such as OMP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/S4, o9, or Blue Yonder.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong data, AI concepts, and Life Sciences domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning transformation programs and shape client strategy.
• Drive origination, build executive relationships, and oversee end-to-end delivery.
• Manage multi-party delivery with influence across teams and partners.
• Ensure financial performance, risk management, and delivery excellence.
