Job summary

Cengage is seeking an AI Content Operations Manager to lead the management of internal AI content and administer AI assets across the workforce, ensuring resources are organized, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with AI Governance, Compliance, content creators, educators, product teams, and business partners to implement policies, maintain documentation, and drive adoption of best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI content management or similar.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal documentation and playbooks.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to adhere to governance policies and standards.
• Experience with change management and driving adoption in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining enterprise AI content repositories, skills registries, timely libraries, and knowledge resources.
• Setting up operational procedures for content creation, review, maintenance, and retirement of AI assets.
• Partnering with AI Governance and Compliance to operationalize policies and standards.
• Developing and maintaining internal documentation, playbooks, wikis, and user resources.
• Managing AI content quality, consistency, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinating communications and change management for AI content and workforce enablement.
• Identifying duplicate or overlapping content and promoting reuse across units.
• Supporting reporting, inventory management, and audit readiness for AI assets.
• Working with content creators, educators, product teams, and business collaborators to promote approved practices.
