Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write concise explanations of what looked or sounded wrong.

This position helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through evaluation and feedback. Pay is up to $18 USD per hour with weekly payments and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot subtle issues.
• Ability to explain observations clearly in writing.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet during realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Eligible to work from multiple eligible regions.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of outputs and rate adherence to prompts.
• Inspect AI outputs closely and note distortions, flickers, or misalignment.
• Write a precise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
