Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; strong written communication.
• Detail-oriented; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches; provide written explanations.
