Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear each sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide a written explanation detailing what you saw or heard.
