Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate how natural and clear outputs are, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, identify errors such as distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, and provide concise evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing concise explanations in English.
