Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Contributors review prompts, rate outputs on adherence and realism, and provide written explanations. The role supports flexible hours and remote work from multiple eligible countries, with payments weekly via multiple methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted features, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
