Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote contract reviewer to apply journalistic and editorial judgment to AI-generated writing, evaluating accuracy, clarity, usefulness, tone, and adherence to instructions. This role focuses on assessing written responses to help improve how next generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

You will review multiple AI outputs, assign analytical quality scores, and provide concise, well-reasoned explanations.

Qualifications

• Native or near native written English fluency.
• Completed university degree from a US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or NZ institution.
• Experience as journalist/editor/fact-checker or published author.
• Strong technical writing, content evaluation, editing, and fact checking skills.
• Experience with style guides or editorial standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and compare AI-generated responses to prompts.
• Assess clarity, tone, usefulness, and fidelity to the brief.
• Assign analytical scores with concise explanations.
• Identify inaccuracies, insufficient support, or deviations from the brief.
• Detect factual errors, logical inconsistencies, and coherence issues.
• Document evaluations using provided platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers.
• Independently complete evaluations within timelines.
