Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Technical Writers / Editors to contribute to a customer project focused on evaluating and improving advanced AI systems. You will review AI-generated content, assess clarity, tone, and usefulness, and provide actionable feedback.

Applicants should have strong English writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. No prior AI experience is required, but familiarity with evaluation platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level English writing proficiency.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses against prompts.
• Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions.
• Provide clear scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and instructional value of AI content.
• Apply editorial judgment to distinguish writing quality differences.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when documenting findings.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers.
• Apply advanced written English and critical analysis skills throughout the evaluation process.
