EASTEAM, a New York-based fashion-forward AI-native creative house, seeks an AI Content Creator to generate images and videos for brand and client projects. You’ll explore new AI tools, maintain brand character identities, and deliver polished assets from briefs and mood boards.

You will stay current with AI releases, collaborating across Notion and Slack, while contributing to the internal production playbook and client campaigns. Remote role with EST hours; NYC overlap ideal.

About EASTEAM

EASTEAM is a New York-based contemporary womenswear brand and AI-native creative house. We build cinematic worlds, not just clothing — combining original design, curated pieces, and a fully AI-driven content engine to tell stories that feel like they were made to love you. Beyond our own brand, we run an AI creative production studio that produces campaign content and lookbooks for outside brands, and an AI talent agency that develops and manages a roster of AI influencers across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

The role

We're looking for an AI Content Creator who lives and breathes AI tools — someone who can turn a creative brief into a polished image or a finished short-form video using the best (and newest) AI models available. You'll be hands-on every day generating content for our brand, our AI influencer roster, and our agency clients. This is not a role for someone who has only used one or two tools: we need someone who follows what's being released, tests new platforms the week they launch, and has strong opinions about which model is right for which job.

What you'll do

• Produce AI-generated images for editorial, campaign, social, e-commerce, and ads — across EASTEAM's brand, our AI influencer roster, and agency clients.
• Produce AI video (cinematic clips, UGC-style, product motion, narrative shorts) for Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
• Train and maintain consistent character identities (Soul Characters / LoRAs / reference libraries) across our AI influencer personas.
• Stay on top of every major AI release and bring new tools into our workflow the moment they improve quality or speed.
• Work from briefs, mood boards, and shot lists, then deliver finished, on-brand assets ready for publishing.
• Iterate quickly through multiple revision rounds — fast, organized, and able to handle feedback without ego.
• Edit and refine output (color, retouching, compositing, simple motion) so deliverables feel intentional, not raw.
• Help build and document our internal AI production playbook, and coordinate in Notion + Slack.

What we're looking for

• Deep, hands-on experience with current AI tools — Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Flux, ComfyUI and similar.
• A strong visual eye: you know the difference between generic AI and fashion-editorial, and how to push prompts and references to get the latter.
• Genuine obsession with what's new — you read launch notes and test models the week they drop.
• Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sensibility; you understand quiet luxury and cinematic mood.
• Strong written English (bilingual English + Mandarin a plus). Self-driven, organized, comfortable with direct feedback.
• Available during EST business hours (~9am–6pm ET). Located anywhere, but overlapping NYC.

Image: Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Flux, GPT Image, Kling Image, Higgsfield Soul. Video: Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, Seedance. Consistency: Higgsfield Soul Characters, LoRAs, reference libraries. Finishing: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere or CapCut, After Effects. Workflow: Notion, Slack, Google Drive. You won't be expected to know every tool on day one, but you should be fluent in the majority and able to learn new ones quickly.
