EASTEAM is a New York-based contemporary womenswear brand and AI-native creative house. We build cinematic worlds, not just clothing — combining original design, curated pieces, and a fully AI-driven content engine to tell stories that feel like they were made to love you. Beyond our own brand, we run an AI creative production studio that produces campaign content and lookbooks for outside brands, and an AI talent agency that develops and manages a roster of AI influencers across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
We're looking for an AI Content Creator who lives and breathes AI tools — someone who can turn a creative brief into a polished image or a finished short-form video using the best (and newest) AI models available. You'll be hands-on every day generating content for our brand, our AI influencer roster, and our agency clients. This is not a role for someone who has only used one or two tools: we need someone who follows what's being released, tests new platforms the week they launch, and has strong opinions about which model is right for which job.

Consistency: Higgsfield Soul Characters, LoRAs, reference libraries. Finishing: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere or CapCut, After Effects. Workflow: Notion, Slack, Google Drive. You won't be expected to know every tool on day one, but you should be fluent in the majority and able to learn new ones quickly.
