Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in high-tech IT with CSP/site reliability/ virtualization.
• 4+ years with Kubernetes, Slurm, Docker, etc.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claud/Codex/Perplexity), Redfish, Grafana, Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-performance AI infrastructure on-prem or in the cloud.
• Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products to support sales builds.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at customer accounts.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in CSP/OEM AI markets.
• Provide on-site support to resolve hardware and software issues, focusing on deep learning inference.
• Lead the product through its lifecycle from design-in to end-of-life.
• Maintain NVIDIA infrastructure components and collect site findings.
• Provide technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners.
