Job summary

Dow Jones & Co. is seeking an AI Compliance Analyst to lead IT SOX program execution and adjacent certifications, driving automation and AI-assisted evidence collection across global teams.

You will partner with Legal, Risk, Finance and auditors to orchestrate controls testing, remediation tracking and cross-certification, reporting to the Director of IT SOX Compliance. This role emphasizes pragmatic processes, scalable workflows and the use of analytics to reduce manual effort while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years' experience in IT compliance, audit, or controls testing.
• Foundational knowledge supporting an audit cycle end-to-end under IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, or SOC 2 frameworks.
• Cross-functional coordination with Legal, Risk, Finance and auditors.
• Translate framework language into operator-friendly tasks; produce exec summaries.
• Structured plans and shipped outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Experience with automation, analytics and modern productivity tools.
• Awareness of how AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can reduce manual work in compliance.
• Undergrad degree in CS/IS/Finance or related field.
• Certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISSP) welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, and SOC 2 compliance workstreams.
• Track timelines and manage evidence‑request workflows for global audits.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to facilitate evidence collection.
• Identify straightforward issues and surface findings with context to leadership.
• Promote compliance awareness across technology squads and translate requirements into tasks.
• Support controls automation initiatives and AI-assisted testing.
