Anthropic is growing fast, and its SOX program needs to keep pace with ambitious product and infrastructure growth. We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the technology side of the SOX program, coordinating across engineering, security, GRC, Finance, and Internal Audit to design controls and drive remediation.

You’ll also use Claude to automate evidence collection and control testing so the program scales with minimal manual effort, while ensuring audit readiness.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, IT audit, or technology compliance.
• Experience with SOX programs in public or pre-IPO companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT general controls and IT application controls and their relation to financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technology side of the SOX program end-to-end, from planning to year-end reporting.
• Design and roll out IT general and IT application controls with engineering teams.
• Build Claude-based workflows to automate evidence collection and control testing.
• Lead large SOX projects with defined scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Translate control requirements into concrete engineering work with clear owners.
• Create metrics and dashboards on control health and remediation progress.
