Job summary

Dow Jones in New York is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to modernize IT compliance operations. You will own end-to-end execution across the IT SOX program and adjacent certifications (ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC 2) and drive automation, AI-assisted workflows, and consolidated evidence across cycles.

You will report to the Director, IT SOX Compliance and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance, auditors, and offshore testing teams to streamline evidence collection and remediation tracking.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT compliance, audit, or related experience.
• Experience supporting an end-to-end audit cycle under IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or SOC 2.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with Legal, Risk, Finance, auditors.

Responsibilities

• Support execution across compliance workstreams including policy rollouts and audits.
• Track timelines, manage evidence workflows, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Finance, internal auditors, and offshore testing partners.
• Identify issues and surface findings with context to leadership.
• Promote compliance awareness across Technology squads.
• Support controls automation initiatives.
