Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking an AI Process Engineer - SOX Audit & Compliance to modernize IT compliance operations.

You will own end-to-end IT SOX programs and related certifications, moving from manual evidence collection toward AI-assisted workflows and automated controls testing. You will work autonomously across a global, cross-functional program, influencing remediation tracking and certification cycles while reporting to the Director, IT SOX Compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in IT compliance, audit, controls testing, or related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge for IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or SOC 2 frameworks.
• Able to translate framework language into operator tasks and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Support execution across compliance workstreams including IT SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2.
• Track timelines and manage evidence-request workflows and status reports.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Finance, and auditors to facilitate evidence collection.
• Identify simple compliance issues and surface findings to leadership.
• Promote compliance awareness and translate requirements into routine tasks.
• Support controls automation by identifying repetitive testing workflows for automation.
