Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology consulting or professional services.
• Deep experience with infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and data platforms; advise clients on usage.
• Proven ability to grow client engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Strong delivery lifecycle skills: estimation, planning, execution, budgeting, QA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with engineers and executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture across client engagements.
• Guide design, tech selection, delivery best practices; balance quality, cost, timeline.
• Stay current on AI, applied ML, cloud modernization; translate to client value.
• Set engineering standards and de-risk delivery.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders.
• Build and grow client engagements; scope new work; drive follow-on business.
• Lead proposals, SOWs, estimates, pitches; communicate value clearly.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams; manage scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing.
• Mentor and develop engineers and consultants; contribute reusable assets.
