Qualifications

• Experience with AI platforms and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot).
• Experience in business automation and workflow design.
• Experience with API integrations.
• CRM administration experience.
• Knowledge of cloud-based business platforms and hosted applications.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that improve business operations.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using APIs and modern integration tools.
• Support and optimize CRM systems, business applications, and digital platforms.
• Develop internal dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations.
• Manage server-hosted business applications and digital resources.
• Improve AI search visibility, search engine performance, and digital discoverability.
• Assist with data integrations between internal business systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT on technology initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical business applications.
• Document systems, workflows, and technical processes.
