Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• Degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain government clearance/suitability
• Hands-on development or scripting (Python, PowerShell)
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with willingness to learn
• Experience with cloud platforms and Agile methods (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on development, scripting, automation, and light app work for SIG AI Lab and program engineering
• Support AI Lab initiatives across automation and R&D with growing ownership of AI workstreams
• Support cloud engineering efforts across AWS/Azure environments and migration docs
• Help modernize legacy infrastructure and processes through digital transformation
• Gather and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and deliver clear docs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work items in JIRA
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Assist in QA, testing, and documentation of system changes
