Job summary

Mercor is seeking practicing Primary Care Physicians (MD) to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation for AI systems. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and clinical usefulness by evaluating AI-generated notes against real PCP documentation.

Ideal candidates are currently practicing PCPs in family medicine or internal medicine who are US-based and available a minimum of 10 hours per week through mid‑November.

Qualifications

• MD with 2+ years post-residency (internal/ family medicine)
• Currently practicing primary care (family/internal) in the US
• Available for at least 10 hours per week through mid‑November

Responsibilities

• Clinical Documentation Review: review notes, encounter summaries, and EHR docs for accuracy and completeness
• Annotation & Structured Feedback: annotate data against guidelines and flag omissions, inaccuracies, and gaps
• Knowledge Contribution: provide input on guidelines and help refine annotation standards
