Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years in customer service, client success, project coordination, operations, executive support, or account management.
• Strong communication and client-facing mindset with ability to build trust.
• Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern technology is a plus.
• Location: Celebration, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for PaulAi clients and manage milestones.
• Monitor client journeys and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Serve as main point of contact via email, Slack, Zoom, and CRM.
• Coordinate with sales, fulfillment, operations, and leadership teams.
• Manage workflows across CRMs, automation platforms, and internal dashboards.
• Maintain SOPs, client records, and internal systems.
• Proactively identify improvements to onboarding and processes.
