Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI chatbots using RAG methodology.
• Provide technical phone support to customers.
• Train customers and staff on FA2 and Prosoft platforms.
• Identify and communicate additional revenue opportunities.
• Provide regular status reports to the Manager of Support Services.
