Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a technically strong support professional to drive AI agent chatbots and RAG-based solutions for FA2 and Prosoft. You will deliver outstanding phone support, train users, and identify new revenue opportunities while reporting progress to management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a technical/service role, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of AI agent and chatbot creation using RAG methodology.
• Technical phone support to customers.
• Learning, understanding, implementing and training on FA2 and Prosoft.
• Payroll and AP knowledge preferred.
• Accounting knowledge will set a candidate apart.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and customer support to clients.
• Communicate progress and status reports to Manager of Support Services.
• Identify additional revenue streams/opportunities.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop rapport with clients over the phone.
