Job summary

The American Connection Corps (ACC), an AmeriCorps program of Lead For America (LFA), partners with Dakota Resources, Inc. to build AI capacity in rural communities.

Members document AI workflows, organize prompts, and support training and learning series across the network. As an ACC AmeriCorps Member, you will contribute to capacity-building, knowledge‑base development, and evaluation efforts, bridging the digital divide and fostering economic development in small towns through hands‑on

Qualifications

• Be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 17 years of age or older by the start of service.
• Have not already served four AmeriCorps terms.

Responsibilities

• Document AI workflows and build an internal library of prompts and guides.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases for staff and community audiences.
• Coordinate and deliver internal AI training and the learning series.
• Prepare, distribute, and compile responses for the AI in Rural EDOs survey.
• Collect and report service data, participant feedback, and activity summaries.
• Organize virtual and in-person AI learning sessions and events.
• Participate in supervision meetings to ensure alignment with program goals.
