Dakota Resources, Inc. hosts the AmeriCorps American Connection Corps through Lead For America.

ACC Members serve full-time for one year to help rural communities expand digital connectivity, gain hands-on skills, and explore career pathways while making a tangible impact. As part of Thriverr 2.0 launch, you will support platform transitions, AI‑based tools, and outreach to resource partners; benefits include a $33,000 living stipend, a Segal Education Award, healthcare, childcare, and loan

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 17 years of age or older by start of service.
• Have not already served four AmeriCorps State/National terms.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Tool Support: coordinate Thriverr 2.0 transition and AI tools.
• Network Collaboration: foster collaboration among 60–80 rural leaders.
• Partnership Outreach: identify and engage 2–3 prospective partners per month.
• Knowledge Base & Database Development: build and maintain resources and content.
• Data Collection & Reporting: gather service data and feedback.
• Event & Resource Coordination: organize virtual/in-person events.
• Member Progress Review: participate in supervision meetings.
