Job summary

Lead For America's American Connection Corps (ACC), a AmeriCorps program, partners with Dakota Resources, Inc. to place Members in rural communities. This full‑time ACC AmeriCorps position supports capacity-building as AI becomes part of Dakota Resources’ work with local districts and towns.

The role involves documenting AI workflows, building knowledge bases, coordinating AI training and surveys, and data collection to support evaluation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Passion for community service and connecting neighbors to digital tools and opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Interest in gaining experience in community development or digital inclusion

Responsibilities

• AI Workflow & Tool Support: document AI workflows and maintain an internal library of prompts and guides.
• Knowledge Base & Database Development: build internal/external knowledge bases with content for staff and communities.
• Training & Learning Support: coordinate and deliver internal AI training and learning series.
• Survey Support: prepare, distribute, collect, and compile survey responses.
• Data Collection & Reporting: collect service data and feedback for evaluation.
• Event & Resource Coordination: organize AI learning sessions and events.
• Member Progress Review: participate in supervision meetings to align activities
