Job summary

Lead For America through the American Connection Corps partners with Dakota Resources, Inc. to help rural communities adopt AI and close the digital divide.

AmeriCorps Members document AI workflows, build knowledge bases, and support staff with training and survey activities across multiple rural projects. Under supervision, Members collect data, assist with program evaluation, and coordinate virtual and in-person learning sessions.

Qualifications

• Be a US citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 17 years of age or older by start of service.
• Have not already served four AmeriCorps terms.

Responsibilities

• Document AI workflows and organize an internal library of prompts, guides, and templates.
• Develop and maintain internal and external knowledge bases for staff and communities.
• Coordinate and deliver internal AI training and the AI in Rural EDOs learning series.
• Prepare, distribute, collect, and compile responses for the AI in Rural EDOs survey.
• Collect and report service-related data for evaluation and improvement.
• Organize virtual and in-person AI learning sessions and events for rural leaders.
• Participate in supervision meetings to align activities with program goals.
