Job summary

Lead For America, via the American Connection Corps (ACC), is seeking a full-time AmeriCorps member to support the Thriverr 2.0 launch and AI-based connectivity tools. You will engage 60–80 rural community and economic development leaders, coordinate events, and help expand the network of resource partners across communities.

This role offers structured training, national Winter Institute funding, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Be 17 years of age or older by start of service.
• Have not already served four AmeriCorps terms.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Tool Support: Assist with Thriverr 2.0 platform transition and AI-based tools.
• Network Collaboration: Facilitate virtual/in-person meetings and resource sharing among leaders.
• Partnership Outreach: Identify and engage 2–3 prospective partners per month.
• Knowledge Base & Database Development: Build a shared resource knowledge base and tag providers’ resources.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Compile service data and feedback for evaluation.
• Event & Resource Coordination: Organize virtual/in-person network events and trainings.
• Member Progress Review: Participate in supervision and alignment meetings.
