Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer focused on campus reliability at one of the world’s largest AI training campuses in the Memphis/Southaven area. You will own monitoring architecture across GPU and host telemetry, and facility telemetry, driving incident leadership and cross-discipline coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SRE or large-scale production operations, strong scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Prometheus/Grafana, DCGM, and SCADA/BMS/EPMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in site reliability, systems engineering, plant operations, or large-scale production operations.
• Experience with monitoring and observability at fleet or campus scale.
• Hands-on scripting in Python or Bash; familiar with at least one systems language.

Responsibilities

• Own monitoring architecture for GPU and host telemetry and facility telemetry; define alerting and noise reduction strategies.
• Provide incident leadership, coordinate with NOC, and manage escalation and timelines.
• Lead blameless postmortems and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Gate high-risk changes across fleet firmware/BIOS/BMC rollouts with disciplined change management.
• Lead cross-functional reliability projects across compute, network, storage, and facility signals.
