SpaceXSI is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer focused on campus reliability, spanning power, compute, cooling, and facility signals at a large AI training campus. You will lead incident command, drive fleet-scale monitoring, and own runbooks across compute and infrastructure.

Ideal candidates bring experience in data centers or industrial facilities, with strong scripting skills and a background in large-scale incident response.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in site reliability, systems engineering, plant operations, or large-scale production ops, in power plants, data centers, or HPC environments.
• Proven incident command experience and calm leadership on a bridge or control room.
• Demonstrated monitoring and observability design at fleet/campus scale, with alert hygiene and signal quality.
• Hands-on scripting (Python, Bash) for automation and analysis, plus exposure to at least one systems language.

Mansioni

• Own monitoring architecture across GPU and host telemetry and facility telemetry: decide what to alert on, suppress, and trust.
• Provide SEV command support: incident leadership, bridge coordination with NOC, paging/escalation, timeline hygiene.
• Run blameless postmortems and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Gate high-risk changes: fleet firmware/BIOS/BMC rollouts with disciplined change management.
• Lead cross-functional reliability projects across compute, network, storage, and facility signals.
