Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer focused on campus reliability to design trusted monitoring and incident response across compute, network, storage, power, and cooling on a large AI training campus in the Memphis/Southaven area.

You will lead cross-discipline reliability efforts, drive blameless postmortems, and own runbooks with the NOC. This role requires experience in power, data centers, and high-availability operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in site reliability, systems engineering, or large-scale ops.
• Experience leading incidents in a command role on a bridge or control room.
• Strong monitoring design for fleet/campus scale and alert hygiene.
• Hands-on scripting (Python, Bash) and a systems language.

Responsibilities

• Own monitoring architecture for GPU/host and facility telemetry.
• Provide incident leadership, bridge coordination, and escalation.
• Run blameless postmortems and drive corrective actions.
• Gate high-risk changes for firmware/BIOS/BMC rollouts.
• Lead cross-functional reliability projects across compute, network, storage, and cooling.
• Collaborate with hardware failure analysis to derive actionables.
