Job summary

Dassault Systemes is seeking an AI/ML engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate CAD workflows and interact with SolidWorks APIs.

You will build multi-step reasoning pipelines, integrate client-server communication, and optimize AI outputs for engineering tasks while collaborating with mechanical engineers and UI/UX teams.

The role emphasizes strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for graphics, rendering, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in C#, C++, Python, and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with CAD/visualization/graphics tools is a plus.
• Interest in AI/ML for graphics and workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents that interact with SolidWorks via APIs.
• Build multi-step reasoning workflows where AI agents parse instructions, plan tasks, and execute CAD operations.
• Integrate AI agents with client-server architectures using WebSocket, REST, or similar protocols.
• Implement automated sketches and 3D model generation.
• Debug and optimize AI agent workflows and reduce hallucinations in engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, UI/UX developers, and product teams to create AI-enabled workflows.
