Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Business Systems AI Intern to explore applying AI to US CC processes, identify use cases, and develop agentic workflow concepts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US Capability Center to propose scalable AI standards and governance and help document the AI ecosystem strategy.

The position is on-site in San Diego, requiring in-person participation in events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, information systems, computer science, or data science.
• Experience with agentic AI ecosystems/processes and project management concepts.
• Experience in team-based, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify and map high-value, repetitive workflows suitable for agentic automation.
• Design and recommend agentic workflow approaches, skills libraries, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate across US CC functions and regions to standardize AI delivery.
• Engage stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and pain points for AI adoption.
