VSP Vision Care offers an AI – Agentic & Machine Learning Development Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in a real-world business setting. You will collaborate with experienced professionals across functions to design, build, and optimize AI agents and ML workflows using diverse data sources.

The role emphasizes experimentation, documentation, and knowledge sharing within a remote US internship.

Formación

• Experience building AI agents with large language models and multimodal data.
• Ability to design prompts and workflows enabling agents to reason and act autonomously.
• Experience with datasets, metadata, and metrics to improve agent performance.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver AI and machine learning solutions that address business needs.
• Develop, test, and optimize AI agents, prompts, workflows, and machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
• Create contextual data layers and orchestration frameworks that improve agent and model performance.
• Evaluate solutions for accuracy, scalability, and effectiveness, including testing edge cases and failure modes.
• Document experiments, model performance, agent iterations, and key insights to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
