Responsibilities

• Map the current process with stakeholders and define requirements for the project.
• Review contracts and documents to identify information for automated checks or routing.
• Build and test an AI-assisted prototype with approved tools and gather feedback.
• Validate outputs against source documents and establish review checkpoints.
• Support integration with existing workflows and the evolving legal review process.
• Document the solution, test results and provide handover for ongoing use.
