Job summary

IAT Insurance Group has an opening for a Business Analyst Internship within our IT Business Unit in Omaha, NE; Kansas City, MO; or Milwaukee, WI for Summer 2027. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and explore AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Rising undergraduate senior pursuing Business Analytics, MIS, CS or related field.
Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Coursework or project experience involving AI, process improvement, or automation.
Experience designing, building, or testing chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI agents.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Partner with IT stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
Recommend AI and automation solutions to streamline processes.
Present findings and business cases to leadership and project teams.
Prototype and implement AI solutions using Copilot Studio and related technologies.
Perform other duties as needed.
