Job summary

The role emphasizes requirements tracing, test design, and governance, with strong skills in process mapping, UAT, and agile backlog management to ensure compliant, auditable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a business analyst in regulated industries.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools to accelerate analysis artifacts.
• Process mapping and workflow documentation experience (Visio, Lucidchart).
• UAT strategy and test design experience for technical systems.
• Experience in Agile teams and managing backlogs, epics, and user stories (Azure DevOps or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements across a multi-project portfolio with prioritization and sequencing.
• Frame ambiguous business problems into precise, testable requirements before development begins.
• Capture edge cases and regulatory nuance for AI systems and retrieval sources.
• Map current- and future-state processes with diagrams identifying AI/value opportunities.
• Write specs and acceptance criteria for AI engineers and architects to build from.
• Own UAT and validation for AI agents and Copilot experiences.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment and governance/documentation for AI projects.
• Track performance and feed gaps back into the backlog for relevant teams.
