TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Analytics/AI intern to support development across our Charlotte office. You will work with business functions to spot growth opportunities and standardize metrics across production sites.

The role focuses on hands-on analytics, AI pilots, and practical data-driven improvement. This onsite internship requires 20 hours per week, with exposure to Excel, SQL, Python, and LLM tools, in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Business/Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Excel skills and basic SQL and Python are required.
• Familiarity with LLM tools and practical usage is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Analytics and AI development with business functions.
• Develop pilot AI use cases (ML for Waste, ML Vision, Material selection).
• Create standardized business metric reporting for production sites.
• Handle ad-hoc analytics and analysis requests.
