Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Management, or a related field.
• Current status of at least Sophomore level in the degree program.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and manufacturing teams to understand processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and support AI, automation, and analytics solutions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare, validate, and organize data for reporting and AI initiatives.
• Develop and test workflows using ChatGPT, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power Automate, and Tableau.
• Create reusable AI prompts, workflows, and GPT solutions to streamline work.
• Build and maintain documentation for processes, solutions, and best practices.
• Validate data quality and support repeatable data prep workflows.
