Jazwares is seeking an Associate AI Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and our AI team within IT, turning broad problems into clear, actionable requirements for production ML and document intelligence systems.

You'll run structured discovery with Legal, Sales, Finance, and more; map current and future workflows; assess data readiness; quantify AI value with KPIs; and support pilots with testing and readiness checks before rollout.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in BA/operations/consulting/digital transformation.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders and translating needs into specs.
• Strong data literacy and analytical reasoning; data quality focus.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adapt to audiences.
• Curious, adaptable, structured thinker with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery interviews across multiple departments to surface AI use cases.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current-state workflows and map future-state processes with AI/ML components.
• Assess data readiness and identify required data sources and owners.
• Quantify AI project value using time savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency KPIs.
• Support pilots with testing, feedback collection, and readiness validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and produce executive-ready summaries.
