Job summary

Salesforce is seeking AI Builders for the Futureforce University Recruiting program in New York. As part of the first-of-its-kind AI Builder New Grad cohort, you'll work directly with customer-facing teams to design, develop, and deploy Agentic solutions for Fortune 500 clients, delivering real-time impact from day one.

You’ll join a builder pod, receive dedicated mentorship, and accelerate skills in AI tools like Cursor and Claude while strengthening your React, TypeScript, Python, and Apex

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong knowledge of AI/LLMs.
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python.
Understanding of software development best practices.
Willing to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents that perform real actions for real companies (live production).
Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, architecture.
Support the full technical lifecycle with JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
Drive strategic impact by working with clients to turn business needs into agentic solutions.
Iterate, test, and deploy solutions from day one.
